Special thanks to the Florida Masonic Child ID Program for their commitment to our children!

The Florida Masonic Child ID Program was started by Most Worshipful Samuel E. Cowan in 1996 when he was the Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Mason of Florida located in Downtown Jacksonville. We no longer live in a safe society. Anything that can be done to protect our children is worth the time. A Team of Volunteers are committed to honor our children as our future and legacy.  Children are photographed and fingerprinted.  This program is of no cost to the parent or guardian.  Donations to the program are gladly accepted and help to keep this important program available to the public.  As a public service, the Child ID Program served 188 children on the first day of the Festival and another 80 children the second day of the Midtown Festival.

Special thanks to all vendors and participants! and the great Draw for troops
