"Thank you for hosting the Family Art Fest and Salute to the Troops at Midtown Centre. This was a wonderful event with the perfect mix of arts and crafts, education and enlightenment, and good outdoor family fun. There was something there for everyone of all ages. Even my father-in-law who normally sits all through these events went missing several times to several booths! The atmosphere was relaxing and all of the people I met were wonderful, enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly. The troops were so engaging; even allowing the children to sit in the heavy machinery and use some of the controls. I can't wait to attend this event next year!"

The Midtown Fest Family Art Fest & Salute to the Troops, offers something for all ages
Community Health and Safety Zone - vendors offer services and resources to make our communities healthier and safer. They will share interesting ideas and offer assistance.
Food Zone - Duval Seafood will offer their delicious seafood, chicken, hamburgers and kabobs, Tastydog will have their famous hotdogs, sausage dogs and philly cheesesteak, Rainbow Ice will tempt you with their great shaved ice and Funnel Cakes will also be available
The Sam’s Club will be at the Festival promoting Military Membership – please stop by their booth and sign up to save $$$
SPECIAL EXHIBITS - Tour the SWAT Team Mobile Unit, The Blood Alliance is will be on hand for WHOLE BLOOD donations, The JFRD Fire House will teach you and your children about fire safety as well as touring and learning about the Fire Truck and talk to the Firefighters who protect us. Friends of Jacksonville's Animals will be on hand with furry friends who need a "forever home" with a remote pet adoption, Have your child register with the free Child ID Program, Check out the cool rides of the Jam Car Club, The Fred Astaire Dance Team will be on hand to show their special moves and much more!
Blood Drive Schedule from 10:00 am to 4:45 pm
MAGIC 107.3 will broadcast live feed at the event from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 93.3 The Beat will be broadcasting live from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - come out and see the D.J.'s and enjoy the live show!
All vendor pad fee rentals and all drink sales are donated to the Jacksonville USO and The Duval County Schools Arts Programs. Please come out and purchase a cold drink and make a difference in the lives of our children and military families!!

From West of Jacksonville and heading East on I-10, bear right and merge onto I-95 South. After approximately two miles, exit onto Atlantic Blvd. (U.S. 90 E) labeled "Beaches Exit". Continue down Atlantic Blvd. until you reach Beach Blvd. Follow Beach Blvd by continuing to head South and not veering off to the left (East). After approximately two more miles, turn left onto Boulevard Center Drive.
